Aqua Aerobics
This program is great for all. All classes start with a warm
up, cardiovascular work, cool down, upper and lower body toning
and stretching.
Class time is 45 minutes.

Aqua Yoga and Land Yoga
This class is a system of deep breathing and relaxation
techniques which is an excellent method of enhancing the swimmers
experience with water. It increases endurance and is wonderful for
everyone.
Class time is 1 hour.

Aqua Strength Training
This class is a full body workout which consist of exercises
that will tone your legs, butt, thighs, arms, and abs.

Deep Water Exercise
A great exercise for conditioning and training. Class involves
water running as well as slow controlled movements for the upper
and lower body parts. Participants should wear a belt or vest.
